Public customer service is restricted in Mainland China and unavailable in Iran and sanctioned jurisdictions.
1. Unsupported and restricted regions
Breez Node does not offer public trials, purchases, provisioning, or connection-profile delivery in Mainland China. A controlled test or support exception may be approved only for one exact Web email or Telegram ID and does not create general public eligibility. Breez Node does not sell to, provision, deliver connection profiles to, or provide proxy service for users in Iran. Public legal, privacy, contact, support, and refund information remains available where technically possible.
2. How eligibility is evaluated
We evaluate applicable trusted IP-country and payment-provider billing-country signals. A Mainland China result denies the public flow unless the exact identity has the required approval; a Web approval also requires the matching verified Web session. An Iran result always denies customer service, and an Iran payment-provider signal cannot be bypassed by a China exception. Missing or unresolved evidence may fail closed. Payment providers may apply additional sanctions and compliance controls that Breez Node cannot weaken.
3. Existing accounts and held payments
An existing account does not automatically bypass regional rules. In Mainland China, a new trial, purchase, provisioning action, or link delivery requires the applicable exact-identity approval. In Iran, those customer actions remain unavailable. A payment detected after the fact may be held without usable access and sent for manual review and, where appropriate, refund to the original method.
4. Location limitations
IP and billing-country information can be incomplete or inaccurate and does not prove nationality or residence. Do not use a VPN, proxy, false declaration, borrowed payment method, or other technique to bypass eligibility checks. Contact support if you believe a decision is mistaken.
5. Technical availability
Service depends on hosting, Internet routes, third-party clients, devices, payment services, email, and network nodes. Maintenance, attacks, provider changes, capacity, local filtering, and events outside reasonable control may interrupt access. No uninterrupted, universal, or device-specific availability is promised.
6. Controlled exceptions
Mainland China exact-identity exceptions are purpose-scoped and audited where supported. Web email and Telegram ID approvals are separate, and neither can bypass an Iran or payment-provider restriction. Administrative network exceptions may be used only to operate or secure infrastructure and do not create customer entitlement.
