• For web orders, sign in with the purchase email to view orders, open support, or request a manual refund review.
• For Telegram users, use the bot support entry so we can keep the conversation linked to your Telegram account.
• For payment or refund questions, include the order, approximate payment time, purchase email or Telegram account, and a clear description of the issue.
• Do not post subscription links, VLESS links, passwords, API tokens, or payment secrets in public channels.
• We prioritize activation problems, payment issues, connectivity problems, and abuse/security reports.
