Terms of Service
Translations are provided for convenience. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version controls unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
1. Service and agreement
Breez Node offers a managed VPN/proxy software service under the Breez Node brand. These Terms form the agreement governing your use of the Breez Node product. Public support is available at [email protected].
2. Eligibility and regional restrictions
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Public trials and purchases are restricted in Mainland China. A limited exception may be explicitly approved for a controlled test or support purpose and is bound to one exact Web email or Telegram ID; a Web exception also requires the matching verified Web account. Breez Node does not offer service to users in Iran. We may evaluate trusted IP location and payment-provider billing country, and an unresolved or blocked signal may cause us to refuse or hold service. You must not misstate or bypass these controls.
3. Product description
Breez Node provides a personal connection profile for compatible third-party VPN/proxy client software. It does not provide a VPS, root or shell access, phone service, a marketplace, or physical goods. Third-party client software is not included, sold, or licensed by Breez Node, and Breez Node is not affiliated with those vendors unless expressly stated.
4. Packages and delivery
Current paid products are one-time, non-recurring data packages. The product card and checkout state the price, currency, and included data. Unless checkout expressly says otherwise, purchased data has no monthly reset and remains available until used while your account is in good standing. Delivery is normally by email or another approved account channel. You must provide accurate contact details and keep your connection profile secure.
5. Payment, tax, and payment providers
You authorize the payment provider shown at checkout to charge the displayed total, including applicable tax. When Paddle is identified at checkout, Paddle is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, and its buyer terms, privacy notice, and refund policy also apply. Other transactions remain subject to the terms of the provider shown. Breez Node does not obscure provider totals, taxes, or buyer terms.
6. Acceptable use and account action
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, fraud, sanctions or regional risk, security threats, payment reversal, material breach, or legal/provider requirements. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will give notice and a chance to remedy. Suspension does not create a right to consume remaining data during the suspension.
7. Refunds and support
The Refund Policy explains the 14-day request route, usage-sensitive review, duplicate-charge and non-delivery treatment, and provider roles. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or Paddle's authority over Paddle transactions. Contact [email protected] for product support or payment help.
8. Availability and changes
Internet routes, hosting, third-party clients, payment providers, and network nodes can fail or change. We do not promise uninterrupted or universally compatible service. We may make reasonable security, compliance, product, and policy changes. Material changes apply prospectively and will use a new policy version or notice where required.
9. Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied guarantees of uninterrupted access, anonymity, fitness for an unlawful purpose, or compatibility with every client or network. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury where applicable, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those limits, Breez Node's aggregate liability relating to a package will not exceed the amount paid for that package.
10. Law, disputes, and contact
These Terms are governed by applicable law determined under mandatory consumer and conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory protections in your place of purchase are preserved. Before formal proceedings, please contact support so we can attempt a good-faith resolution. A competent court or dispute body will be determined by applicable law. If any clause is unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue.
