Refund Policy
Refund requests are reviewed manually. Breez does not automatically issue refunds from the website or Telegram bot.
- Refund eligibility depends on the order, unused service value, technical issue evidence, abuse risk, and payment-provider rules.
- Third-party payment, network, currency-conversion, chargeback, and processing fees may be non-refundable.
- The admin dashboard may calculate a suggested amount, but the administrator can approve, reject, or adjust the final amount after review.
- Repeated dishonest, abusive, or bad-faith refund behavior may lead to account restrictions.
- Please contact support first if you have a problem. We aim to resolve activation, connection, or order issues before refund review is needed.
