Breez Node is designed for lawful personal connectivity and transparent payment-provider review.

• Breez is not available in Mainland China, Iran, sanctioned jurisdictions, or other restricted regions.
• Region controls are enforced at trial, checkout, account, admin allowlist, and Reality node network-access layers.
• We prohibit spam, phishing, malware, credential theft, automated abuse, attacks, unauthorized access, public resale, and quota or payment abuse.
• Support and refund requests are handled through website or Telegram support workflows, with manual review for refunds and abuse-sensitive cases.
• Payment details are processed by payment providers. Breez does not store full card numbers, card security codes, provider secrets, or customer private keys.
• Breez does not provide VPS login, customer-managed servers, compute hosting, storage hosting, or a marketplace for sellers.
