Breez Node is designed for lawful personal connectivity and transparent payment-provider review.

• Public trials, purchases, provisioning, and connection-profile delivery are restricted in Mainland China; controlled exact-identity test or support exceptions may be approved. Breez Node does not offer service in Iran or other prohibited jurisdictions.
• Region controls apply to public trial, checkout, provisioning, and connection-profile delivery. Web email and Telegram ID exceptions are separate. Mainland China is not blocked at Reality node network-access layers; Iran remains blocked at both customer and data-plane layers.
• We prohibit spam, phishing, malware, credential theft, automated abuse, attacks, unauthorized access, public resale, and quota or payment abuse.
• Support and refund requests are handled through website or Telegram support workflows, with manual review for refunds and abuse-sensitive cases.
• Payment details are processed by payment providers. Breez does not store full card numbers, card security codes, provider secrets, or customer private keys.
• Breez does not provide VPS login, customer-managed servers, compute hosting, storage hosting, or a marketplace for sellers.
